Tottenham Hotspur cruised to a 4-1 win against Reading this evening in North London, with Dele Alli and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg both starting in midfield.
The former managed to get his name on the scoresheet with a delightful lob over the keeper in the first half, while the latter put in a huge shift in the engine room.
Eric Dier, who recently dropped back into defence, commented on both players in his post-match press conference.
The central defender had a lot of praise for Hojbjerg and what the holding-mid could bring to the table, while admitting that Dele excited him today but has a lot to prove still.
