Video: Highly-rated January signing nets his second goal for Spurs Under-21s

Jude Soonsup-Bell netted his second goal for Tottenham’s Under-21s with a lovely finish across the keeper against Fulham on Friday but it was not enough to prevent the West London side from taking all three points.

Soonsup-Bell completed a January deadline-day move to Spurs from London rivals, Chelsea, with reports indicating at the time that the teenager had rejected advances from several clubs, including Manchester City, to sign for the Lilywhites (Daily Mail).

The 19-year-old has had a wonderful start to his Spurs career, netting his second goal yesterday for Tottenham in Premier League 2 in just his fourth appearance (Transfermarkt).

The centre-forward was played through on goal by Yago Santiago and produced a lovely finish across the goalkeeper to put Spurs 2-1 up.

However, the Cottagers mounted a comeback in the second to eventually run out 4-3 winners.

The timing of his movement and the confident finish suggests that Soonsup-Bell is very much a natural goalscorer.

If he continues in the same vein, it will not be too long before the 19-year-old is given opportunities to train with the first team.
