Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg gave a very deflated and honest review of Tottenham’s draw against Rennes this evening, with the two sides sharing a point each from the Europa Conference League match.
Hojbjerg didn’t start the game but came on soon after the first whistle when Steven Bergwijn went down injured.
The Danish midfielder also rescued a point for Spurs, guiding the ball past the keeper after Matt Doherty’s cross popped up in the box.
Hojbjerg was asked about the point, the performance and life under Nuno Espirito Santo in his post-match interview, although he seemed very dejected.

Spurs Web Opinion:
Those were some very telling long pauses from Hojbjerg there. As one of the best players at a struggling club, it must be difficult for him to keep answering the questions of others.
