Video: How Dele Alli mugged off an idiotic Arsenal fan at the Emirates

There was an unsavoury incident in the second half of the North London derby which saw Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli hit by a bottle thrown by an Arsenal fan.

The incident occurred in the latter stages of the half when the 22-year-old was near the touchline when a plastic bottle flung from within the home section of the support him on the back of the head.

Alli, however, retaliated in a cheeky manner by letting the crowd know that Arsenal were 2-0 down in the game. Check out the incident as well as Alli’s reaction below:

Alli’s reaction to the incident would have certainly put a smile on the faces of Spurs fans. The England midfielder had previously scored the second goal of the game with a classy lob over Petr Cech after being out through on goal by Harry Kane.

This comes just a little over a fortnight after an extremely ugly incident which saw a Spurs fan threw a banana skin at Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the previous meeting between the two sides. The fan who threw the banana skin was subsequently slapped with a four-year ban from football.
