Tottenham Hotspur got their pre-season tour campaign off to a winning start yesterday against a strong Juventus side, but should their win have been more comfortable?
Spurs took the lead through Erik Lamela in the first half, before conceding two in quick succession at the start ofthe second 45.
The Lilywhites clawed their way back into the game as Ndombele set up Lucas Moura for the equaliser, before Harry Kane banged a halfway line screamer to cement the win late on.
However, as Spurs were cruising at 1-0, Lucas Moura was brutally hacked down inside the penalty area, with the Juve defender crunching the Brazilian from behind.
Not only was it not given as a pen, it wasn’t seen as a foul at all.
We at Spurs Web have no idea how the ref hasn’t seen this.
What do you think?
Tottenham Hotspur somehow didn’t receive a penalty for this assault on Spurs attacker Lucas Moura in the penalty area. ?
