Hugo Lloris has gifted Arsenal the lead in the north London derby at the Emirates just minutes into the second half of the north London derby.
Tottenham have started the second period in a similar fashion as how they opened the encounter, on the back foot and failing to keep control of the ball which is inviting pressure from the Gunners.
Lloris was to blame for Arsenal’s second when he palmed away a cross and saw the ball poked back to him by Romero go through his arms and allowed Gabriel Jesus to prod home to lead 2-1.
It may be scrappy but a goal is a goal…

Mistakes of this nature, especially in a north London derby by such an experienced goalkeeper are unforgivable. Lloris has done well to iron out such mishaps from his game in the last couple of years, but this one could really cost his side.
