Video: Hugo Lloris shows impressive reflexes with save to help France to victory

Hugo Lloris was in fine form for France on Wednesday night after he pulled off two impressive saves to help his country to a 1-0 win in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The French were second best during the opening 45 minutes and had their captain to thank after he had to make two impressive saves to deny Darko Todorovic from distance and Anel Ahmedhodzic from a corner.

The save from Ahmedhodzic’s effort was arguably the better of the two which saw the ball bounce in front of Lloris, with the 34-year-old showing superb reflexes to dive to his left and claw the ball away from goal.

Lloris recently came in for criticism from former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino over his comments after their Europa League exit while also claiming he does not see the World Cup winner having a future in North London (talkSPORT).
