Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen has been linked with a move away from the club in the summer with the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona linked with the Dane (AS).
The 27-year-old is yet to agree on a contract extension with Tottenham and his current deal runs out in 17 months time.
If the former Ajax man does not sign a new contract by the end of the season, Spurs will probably be forced to sell him in the summer if they do not wish to run the risk of letting him leave for free in the summer of 2020. If he is sold, there is no doubt that he will be a huge loss for the club as the midfielder has proved over recent seasons that he is almost irreplaceable.
The club posted a video of Eriksen displaying his skills during the first team training session on Wednesday. Predictably the video was inundated with comments asking the Dane to extend his contract with the club.
