Atalanta goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini was caught on camera in Milan earlier today after undergoing the first part of his medical ahead of a move to Tottenham Hotspur, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist revealed that Gollini will fly to London tomorrow after completing the rest of his medical assessments and will join Spurs on loan until June of next year, which includes the option to make the deal permanent for €15m (£12.9m).
Gollini could be heard saying “I’m so happy” to the Italian media before he made his way into the vehicle waiting outside.
Gollini played 20 times for Aston Villa in the Championship in 2016 before joining Atalanta, where he has been number one for the past three seasons.
