Tottenham Hotspur have a lifeline against Liverpool after Harry Kane has the north Londoners on the scoresheet.
Spurs headed in at the half time break trailing 2-0 after Mo Salah had found the back of the net twice in the opening forty five minutes, with Spurs guilty of gifting the Egyptian his second when Eric Dier’s backpass was intercepted.
Antonio Conte’s side have unsurprisingly started the brighter of the two teams in the second half and it was Dejan Kulusevski who had only come off the bench minutes earlier who fed in Kane to unleash a pinpoint effort into the corner of the net.
Tottenham had struggled to create opportunities up top with Kane not having any team-mates who could run in behind him and Kulusevski wasted no time in playing his part.
