Video: ‘It needs a rebuild’ – Glenn Hoddle offers honest view on Spurs squad

Glenn Hoddle believes that Tottenham Hotspur’s problems extend beyond results and performances on the pitch.

The former midfielder admits that Daniel Levy has done a wonderful job as chairman with the development of the stadium and training ground.

Hoddle claimed before Spurs’ match against Leeds that the squad which Jose Mourinho and now Ryan Mason has at his disposal is not of a top six quality which is a mix of world-class players and some who are out of form.

The 63-year-old feels that there needs to be a rebuild in terms of the playing personnel and the club could face a difficult task with the likes of Everton and West Ham looking to close the gap.
