Jermaine Jenas believes that Tottenham Hotspur can this season challenge Man City and Liverpool at the top of the Premier League thanks to a productive summer transfer window.
Mauricio Pochettino was able to bolster his squad by smashing the club’s transfer fee record with the arrival of Tanguy Ndombele, while also bringing in Giovani Lo Celso, Ryan Sessegnon and Jack Clarke.
