Video: Jose Mourinho admits he ‘loves’ the way his players behave in ‘big moments’

Jose Mourinho sat down with Sky Sports for an interview to discuss his first year in charge of Tottenham Hotspur and the head coach admitted that he is extremely happy with the squad he now has at his disposal.

Mourinho claimed that the signings the club made over the summer have added a lot in terms of experience and mentality.

Daniel Levy was active in the previoius transfer window following the arrivals of Gareth Bale, Sergio Reguilon, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Joe Hart, Carlos Vinicius, Joe Rodon and Matt Doherty.

He also praised his players’ maturity and admitted that he loves the way they deal with disappointment as well as the way they react to big results.

The 58-year-old also heaped praise on Harry Kane and suggested that it is only a matter of time before the striker becomes Tottenham’s all-time leading goalscorer.
