Jose Mourinho was cornered by his car for an interview this evening following his sacking as Tottenham Hotspur head coach earlier today.
Sky Sports managed to get a few words from The Special One despite the fact he made it clear that he didn’t want to say anything on the matter.
Mourinho lasted 17 months in charge of Spurs but ultimately left empty-handed, making it his first managerial job without a trophy in his entire senior career.
When prompted to comment, Mourinho said: “You know me, you know I’m not going to say anything.”
When asked if he would now take a holiday, he added: “No need for breaks and [recharging my] batteries.”
And finally, when asked if we would see him back in football soon, he said: “I’m always in football.”
