Jose Mourinho cut a frustrated figure in his post-match interview this evening and with good reason as Tottenham lost away to Brighton in the Premier League.
The home side took the lead early in the match through Trossard as Ben Davies failed to track the run of Pascal Groß and the defence failed to spot the cut-back.
Tottenham were also far from their best in attack as they struggled to create any clear cut chances for the likes of Heung-min Son, Gareth Bale, Steven Bergwin and Carlos Vinicius.
However, the Spurs boss did add that Vinicius did well after coming on at the half-time break. He also claimed that his players ‘started the match sad’.
