
Jose Mourinho seemed pleased with his side’s performance in his post-match interview last night, with Spurs securing all three points against Brighton at home.
Tottenham led through a Harry Kane penalty before Brighton equalised in the second half via a controversial Lamptey goal. However, it was Gareth Bale who came off the bench and won the match for the Lilywhites.
Out of everything, Mourinho highlighted the stability from his Tottenham team as a good take away from the 2-1 result, as Spurs dug in and defended for their lives in the final 20 minutes.
