There was controversy on social media this morning when Tottenham Hotspur unveiled Dulux as their new paint sponsor as things didn’t go quite to plan.
After the announcement, the official Dulux Twitter account proceeded to mock Spurs in multiple comments, joking about Spurs’ problems at centre-back and their lack of trophies in recent years (Guardian).
In Mourinho’s pre-match press conference ahead of Everton, he was asked about Dulux but the Spurs boss appeared to have no idea about the announcement or the Twitter antics.
