Tottenham Hotspur were dismantled by a rampant RB Leipzig side in Germany last night as they exited the Champions League for another season.
Who knows when the Lilywhites will next appear among Europe’s elite, as qualification for the competition next season is eluding them for the time being.
Jose Mourinho revealed in an interview after the match that he believes squad availability and individual errors are hampering his project at the club.
However, he did add that the players are giving everything in tough circumstances.
“We cannot hurt people, they can hurt us.”
“When you don’t have more to give. You give what you can.”
“We go until our limits, which is what the boys are doing.”
