Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and fans were all deeply saddened to hear that former player Justin Edinburgh passed away yesterday (BBC).
Edinburgh had just sealed promotion as manager of Leyton Orient, and had been seen celebrating in the Madrid Spurs Fan Zone ahead of the Champions League final last week.
The Tottenham legend suffered a cardiac arrest on Monday, before passing away on Saturday, and one of his last ever interviews has now surfaced online.
Edinburgh not only spoke of his pride regarding promotion with Orient, but also his love and respect for Tottenham. An emotional watch.
A TRUE SPURS LEGEND!
I spoke to Justin Edinburgh a few weeks ago and everytime he spoke about Spurs he still said "we" despite managing another club; Leyton Orient ????#COYS #THFC #JustinEdinburgh pic.twitter.com/bu1sx9BV40
