Harry Kane has sent a message to the Tottenham Hotspur fans following today’s 2-1 win against Brighton.
The Spurs striker recorded a video message through the club’s official Twitter account where he described the victory as a massive three points whilst admitting it was a tough game to come from behind after Brighton took the lead in the first half.
Kane, who saw his first half goal chalked off by VAR for offside kept chipping away and got his reward in the second half when he levelled the score on 53 minutes.
A brilliant Dele Alli goal proved to be the winner to give the North London faithful a late Christmas present.
Kane has now scored eight Premier League goals in just five appearances on Boxing Day; only Robbie Fowler (nine) has more goals on this date in the competition’s history.
