Tottenham Hotspur made a poor start to the new season as they lost to Everton at home on Sunday, despite debut performances from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty.
Former Spurs midfielder, Jamie O’Hara has now come out with scathing criticisms of chairman Daniel Levy, claiming that he has not upgraded on a single outgoing player.
The likes of Jan Vertonghen, Christian Eriksen, Kyle Walker, Mousa Dembele, and Victor Wanyama have all left the North London club in recent years.
O’Hara believes that Levy got away with his antics for years because of the talents of Mauricio Pochettino at the helm.
? “Levy got away with it for years because he had Pochettino.”
? “Levy’s not upgraded on any single player who has left the club!”
