Christian Eriksen has received well wishes from former Tottenham Hotspur team-mates including Jan Vertonghen, Kieran Trippier and Hugo Lloris in a video released by the Danish FA.
Vertonghen revealed in the video that he has already spoken to the Danish midfielder and is looking forward to catching up with him again.
Others who have sent their regards to the former Tottenham playmaker include Croatia’s Mateo Kovacic, Jan Boril of the Czech Republic, Robin Goses from Germany, and Spanish boss Luis Enrique.
The Danish FA revealed earlier today that Eriksen will be fitted with a heart starter following the midfielder’s collapse on the field at Euro 2020 in which he suffered a cardiac arrest.
