Lucas Moura has revealed he told Emerson Royal before Tottenham’s win over Crystal Palace to float a cross into the far post if he saw him arriving in the box.
Tottenham produced a clinical performance on Sunday to dispatch Palace 3-0, with Moura scoring Tottenham’s second and setting up Harry Kane’s and Son Heung-min’s goals.
The Brazilian rose above Joachim Anderson to meet Emerson’s cross and he has now revealed the goal was pre-planned.
Moura admitted that Spurs started the game a bit slow but picked up after they took the lead through Kane.
The 29-year-old also insisted that the team is improving with every single game and admitted that the players are determined to keep the run going.

Spurs Web Opinion
Moura had more than his fair share of critics until last season, which was understandable as his decision making in the final third was letting him down.
However, the Brazilian’s form over the last 12 months has been exceptional and I am extremely pleased for him as he comes across as such a humble and likeable guy.
