Following his first press conference as the new Tottenham Hotspur head coach, Jose Mourinho has held an interview to Sky Sports from the Hotspur Way training ground.
The Portuguese manager insisted that the more gets to know the club, the more he is becoming convinced that he made the right choice to take over at Tottenham.
In the interview, the new Spurs boss was also asked about the club’s chances of winning the Champions League trophy this season.
While the former Manchester United and Chelsea manager didn’t rule out the possibility, he insisted that it would be tough given Spurs now cannot top their group ahead of Bayern Munich.

Jose’s experience in the Champions League will certainly be an asset for Spurs. He has repeatedly proven over his career that he is a master at winning one-off knockout matches. His teams usually rise to the occasion in big games which means the squad will be going into the knockout games with belief if we manage to get qualify.
