In his post-match interview from Tottenham’s win over Aston Villa last night in the Premier League, Jose Mourinho claimed that squad harmony is difficult in modern football due to outward influences.
He listed agents and press as obstacles in the path to squad harmony while adding that you need time to create unity within a football team.
Mourinho was also proud of his players for the fight they showed against Villa in response to the Dinamo Zagreb match, but he wants it to be the norm rather than a reaction.
