Nuno Espirito Santo has moments ago arrived at Tottenham’s training ground after crisis talks were held yesterday over his future at the club.
The Portuguese was captured by Sky Sports cameras driving into the Hotspur Way facility ahead of the players reporting for duty.
Nuno, 47, was appointed on a two-year deal in June to succeed Jose Mourinho but has experienced an indifferent start to life in North London, having lost five of their opening ten Premier League fixtures (BBC).
The Telegraph reported yesterday that the former Wolves boss is on the brink of being sacked with chairman Daniel Levy left furious over the manner of Saturday’s home defeat to Manchester United.

Daniel Levy promised Tottenham fans that he would appoint a manager who would return the club to ‘free-flowing, attacking and entertaining’ football which is the polar opposite of what Spurs fans have witnessed under Nuno this season.
Whether he stays or remains in the hot seat, the problem at the club is bigger than the coach. Levy and the board have been on the road to ruin with on-field matters since they failed to back Pochettino in successive transfer windows despite him warning everyone that a rebuild must take place.
