Video: Paul Robinson claims the pressure is on Mourinho after transfer window

Former Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Paul Robinson believes it is fantastic to see that Daniel Levy has backed Jose Mourinho in the transfer market.

Mourinho made some shrewd additions to his squad with the recruitment of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Joe Hart, Matt Doherty, Sergio Reguilón, Gareth Bale and Carlos Vinícius.

Robinson claimed that Mourinho was brought in to win trophies and now has a huge season ahead of him with the expectation and pressure clear to see.

The former England international claims that Spurs now have the strength and depth in their squad to push for silverware and expects the club to have a big season ahead of them.

After coming through the other end of a hectic schedule which included frequent fixtures in the Europa League, Premier League and Carabao Cup, Robinson suggested that it has benefitted the North Londoners by allowing their squad to get match fit while other Premier League clubs have only played a handful of games.
