Mauricio Pochettino has been accused of using Tottenham Hotspur to be able to gain more control over operations at Paris Saint-Germain by former Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan.
Pochettino is reported to have clashed with the sporting director Leonardo over the lack of control he has, with the Brazilian being notoriously demanding of those in the managerial hot seat (Daily Mail).
Jordan has claimed that he finds it difficult to comprehend the notion that Pochettino would want to come back to Tottenham.
Pochettino was sacked by Daniel Levy in November 2019 just months after guiding the club to the Champions League final and took over in the French capital in January.
