Video: Pochettino on whether he is ready to return to management

Former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has admitted that he misses working in the game and that he is ready to make a return to management.

The Argentine has been out of work for almost a full year since being let go by Spurs last November.

He has recently been linked with the Manchester United and Manchester City hot seats, with reports indicating he is on the top of both clubs’ wish list (The Daily Mirror).

Pochettino, who was a guest on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football, insisted that he does not find managing a club stressful and that he is itching to be back.

It is clear in my opinion that the Manchester United job is the one Pochettino has his eyes on. The prospect of rebuilding United and returning them to their former glory is one that will appeal to the former Spurs boss.

I am hoping that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer picks up a couple of decent results again so that they stay away from Poch. The Argentine will make United a force within a couple of years if he were to get the job.
