Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour has claimed that Dele Alli would be a good fit for the Gunners.
The England international was named in Jose Mourinho’s starting eleven for last night’s 3-1 win against KF Shkendija after being left out of the squad for the previous two fixtures.
Dele found himself being replaced after 60 minutes while the score was level at 1-1 with the Portuguese deciding to bring on Harry Kane to try and avoid the potential banana skin.
The 24-year-old’s future in North London has been the subject of speculation with PSG having been rumoured to be keen to take the midfielder on a season long loan (Telegraph).
Parlour believes that Arsenal are lacking a central midfielder and Dele would be a good option for Mikel Arteta’s side.
? “Dele Alli would certainly be a good fit for Arsenal!”
? “I’m trying to think how much he’s worth… I would say £50m.”
⚽️ “Arsenal lack goals from CM and Alli would tick that box.”
