Tottenham Hotspur’s recent signings, Cristian Romero, Bryan Gil and Pierluigi Gollini have all undertaken their respective initiations ahead of the new Premier League season.
Team initiations are now a common sight in the footballing world and the most popular method is to get the new recruits to stand up in front of their new teammates and manager to sing a song of their choosing.
Giovani Lo Celso shared footage on his Instagram story of the initiations taking place which saw Cristian Romero standing on a table with a water bottle in his hand in place of a microphone.
Bryan Gil mixed things up with a rendition of the macarena with banana in hand, while Gollini, who has a background in rap, decided to belt out Volare and encouraged the participation of his fellow players.

It is great to see the tradition of the initiation still taking place under the management of Nuno. Hopefully, a few other new faces will be tasked with singing a song if Fabio Paratici can work his magic ahead of the transfer window closing at the end of the month.
