Video: Rumoured Spurs target scores impressive long-range goal

RB Leipzig midfielder Marcel Sabitzer, who has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, scored a special goal to help Julien Nagglesman’s side beat Hertha Berlin 3-0 on Sunday.

Sabitzer was reportedly on Tottenham’s radar during the January transfer window and the North Londoners have been backed to make an attempt to land him in the summer.

Reports from Germany indicate that Leipzig are prepared to sell the 26-year-old, who would only have one year left on his contract at the end of the season.

While Spurs fell to a 2-1 defeat at the London Stadium on Sunday, the Austrian scored a brilliant long-ranger to open the scoring for Leipzig, proving exactly why Jose Mourinho is said to want to bring him to Tottenham.
