Tottenham overcame Arsenal 2-0 at the Emirates to book themselves a place in the semi finals of the Carabao Cup.
With a host of injuries in defence, Pochettino decided to pair Toby Alderwiereld with Ben Davies at the back, while Kane started on the bench after missing training on Tuesday owing to a cold.
On the day, however, Tottenham simply had too much for Arsenal and emerged comfortable winners thanks to goals in each half from Heung-min Son and Dele Alli. The result was a particularly sweet one for the Tottenham faithful as it comes just a fortnight after the lilywhites were thrashed 4-2 by the Gunners in the Premier League.
After the final whistle, the away fans went into an absolute frenzy and certainly made their voices heard. As the players walked over to applaud the fans, the traveling fans broke into loud cheers as well as songs for the likes of Alli, Son, Sissoko and finally Pochettino.

There is no doubt that those celebrations will continue long into the night, in what will surely be a night to remember for the traveling Tottenham contingent.
