Tottenham Hotspur may not have signed a player in the last 16 months, but they have already plunged into the 2019 summer transfer window.
Spurs are said to have already put in a £10m bid for Leeds United winger, Jack Clarke, after the teenager impressed in the Championship this season (Metro).
Many Tottenham fans would not have heard of Clarke until recently, but he played 24 games for Leeds this season, scoring two and setting up two.
