Moussa Sissoko has admitted that he is proud to have joined Watford in his first interview with the club.

Spurs confirmed on Friday that they had struck a deal with the Hornets for the transfer of Sissoko and the midfielder even faced the Lilywhites in North London today.

The French international certainly had ups and downs during his five years at North London but he insisted that he has great memories from his time with the Lilywhites.

Sissoko picked the Champions League semi-final win over Ajax in 2019 as his best memory in a Spurs shirt and admitted that he is looking forward to linking up again with Danny Rose.

This is a great move for all parties involved as Sissoko will get regular football under his belt at Watford and his experience will certainly be a huge plus to the Hornets in their efforts to stay in the division.
