Harry Kane is expected to return to Tottenham Hotspur training this weekend, according to Sky Sports.
Reporter Gary Cotterill who has been camped outside the club’s Hotspur Way training base this morning after Kane failed to report for pre-season for the second day in a row claimed that the striker does not want the situation to drag on.
Tottenham are said to have been left disappointed with the course of action that Kane has decided to take and will look to fine him.
Spurs are in pre-season friendly action against Chelsea tomorrow evening, with no training set to take place prior to the fixture and Kane is not planning to train on Thursday or Friday.
Cotterill claimed that Kane wanted to make a protest over his situation at the club and let his feelings be known, given the frustration he has over the perceived verbal agreement he had to be able to leave the North Londoners this summer if the right offer was made.
