Some Spurs fans on social media are already in a celebratory mood, with multiple reports now indicating that it is only a matter of time before Gareth Bale seals his return to Tottenham Hotspur (Football.London and Fabrizio Romano).
According to reports, Bale was spotted arriving at the Real Madrid training ground at 10.15 am on Thursday morning, which left some reporters puzzled.
However, Sky Sports have now revealed that the Welshman arrived at the training complex in order to have his medical (Sky Sports – 17/09/20 – 1:30 pm).
It has been claimed that the 30-year-old completed half his medical at the Spanish capital this morning, before finalising his transfer to Spurs.

After the way the Dybala deal fell through in the last moment last summer, Spurs fans will be waiting with bated breath for an official confirmation from the club. Unlike Dybala, Bale clearly seems desperate to complete the transfer, which hopefully means that there will be no last-minute hiccups.
