Video: Sky Sports punditry team tear Dele Alli to pieces with assessment

Tottenham Hotspur’s miserable start to the new season continued when they lost 2-1 at Liverpool yesterday afternoon.

Mauricio Pochettino handed Dele Alli a third start in the row at Anfield when he played in a support role behind Harry Kane.

The England midfielder, who missed the start of the season with a hamstring injury was largely anonymous throughout the game against the Champions League holders.

After the match, Dele was heavily criticised by the Sky Sports punditry team of Roy Keane, Gary Neville and Graeme Souness.

Keane suggested that the 23-year-old had lost his appetite to improve as a footballer and has been distracted by off-field activities.
