Tottenham Hotspur fell to yet another defeat away from home against Brighton at the weekend, with the team unable to really get started after a horror first two minutes.
Not only did they concede a goal straight away, but they also lost their captain and keeper, Hugo Lloris, after he dislocated his elbow.
Erik Lamela is normally one of the hardest working players on the team, constantly pressing high, closing players down, and doing his defensive duties well.
However, some fans have pointed out the Argentine’s laziness in the build-up to Brighton’s opener, with the repercussions of this being a conceded goal and an injured Lloris.

Unbelievable really as he is normally one or the most committed. It was pathetic

that is the problem the midfield has been doing all season. Allowing players the time to look up and pick a pass around our box.
