Joe Rodon and Gareth Bale were involved in a word association game for Spurs TV and as one would expect, there was plenty of banter of flying around.
Rodon and Bale are part of the now-infamous ‘Welsh mafia’ at Tottenham along with Ben Davies, and the left-back’s name came as a topic in the game, with both Bale and Rodon having to describe their international teammate with one word.
While the 31-year-old chose to go with the word ‘legend’, Rodon described his compatriot as a ‘snake’.
The centre-back joked that he had come to question his friendship with Davies after the 26-year-old played a prank on him during a live stream on Tottenham’s official Twitch channel.
Other funny topics including the subject ‘happy place’ came up and Bale predictably answered with ‘golf course’.
