Tuesday evening was certainly a night to forget for all connected with Tottenham Hotspur after being humbled in the Carabao Cup by Colchester United, who were the lowest ranked side left in the competition.
The result left some fans frustrated as the defeat means that the FA Cup is now the only realistic chance the club have of winning silverware this season.
One Spurs fan called into talkSPORT’s show, Sports Bar hosted by Andy Goldstein and Jason Cundy and as expected, he was angry with the team’s performance.
The fan had particularly harsh words to say about Dele Alli but when Cundy and Goldstein started asking him questions about the game, it became quickly apparent that the fan neither watched or listened to the game.

The guy from the video probably isn’t a Spurs fan and just likely to pretended to be one to push his agenda against Dele Alli. He might have not watched the game but in all honesty, the world ‘disgrace’ accurately captures how poor the effort and application was from the Spurs players on Tuesday evening.
