Video: Spurs loanee hopeful he can push on after scoring first goal for club

Tottenham striker Shayon Harrison is currently on loan at A-League side Melbourne City. The striker who was highly rated at the club didn’t have much success during his time at Yeovil Town and Southend United in the last two seasons, which led the club to loan him out abroad.

Harrison has had a great start to his career in Australia, putting in some good performances for Melbourne City, but was yet to find the back of the net in his first four games for the club.

The 21-year-old however, broke his duck during Melbourne’s game against Sydney last weekend, with a well-taken finish.

The striker then had a major hand to play in the match winner as it was his volley that was deflected into the back of the net, but the Spurs man wasn’t credited with the goal. Watch Harrison’s match-winner below:

After the game, the youngster said he was really happy to open his account and wanted to push on from here and score more.
