Tottenham Hotspur may have ended their 18-month transfer drought by signing Jack Clarke from Leeds United earlier this month, but he would not remain at Hotspur Way for long (BBC).
The club took the decision to loan Clarke back to his old Championship club for another season to assist with his development.
It already seems as if this decision is paying off, as Clarke took Leeds’ latest pre-season match by the scruff of its neck, scoring one and assisting two more.
