The Spurs players and backroom staff including Antonio Conte have arrived at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium ahead of this afternoon’s match against Liverpool.
Conte will be back on the touchline today after he was forced to watch Tuesday’s Champions League victory in Marseille from the stands as a result of a one-match suspension.
Despite a string of unconvincing performances, Conte’s side still found themselves coming into this weekend’s fixtures third in the table and can open up a thirteen point gap between themselves and the Merseysiders with a victory.
Spurs have won 10 points from losing positions this term, more than any other top-flight side prior to the latest round of fixtures and have had to claw themselves back into matches in recent weeks having started slowly against Sporting CP, Bournemouth and Marseille.
Among the players spotted arriving in north London were Ivan Perisic, Lucas Moura, Pape Matar Sarr and the returning Dejan Kulusevski.
