The Spurs players and backroom staff including Ange Postecoglou have arrived at the Singapore National Stadium ahead of today’s match against Lion City Sailors.
Postecoglou saw his side suffer a 3-2 defeat in his first outing as Tottenham’s head coach in the friendly fixture against Premier League rivals West Ham United in Perth and was not given the chance of seeking a first win in the match against Leicester City on Sunday after the weather in Bangkok made the playing conditions unsuitable.
Spurs face Shakhtar Donetsk and Barcelona in their final two pre-season matches following today’s encounter against the Singapore Premier League outfit.
Tottenham prepare for Lion City Sailors fixture
Lion City’s last taste of a fixture against European opposition came in November last year when they lost 7-2 to Borussia Dortmund.
Among the players spotted arriving at the stadium were Eric Dier, Dejan Kulusevski, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Alfie Devine, Dane Scarlett and Manor Solomon.
