Tottenham Hotspur have released a video showing time-lapse footage of how their brand new stadium was built.
The 62,062 capacity seater stadium will host its first match on Sunday when the club’s Under 18 side take on their Southampton counterparts in front of an anticipated crowd of 30,000 fans.
The event is the first of two planned test events in order for the club to secure their safety certificate.
Looking back on the footage, it is amazing to think that despite the delays incurred how much work and effort has gone into the project to secure the club’s future home for generations to come.
