Harry Winks certainly had a spring in his step during training yesterday which came a matter of hours after signing his new five year contract extension (Spurs official).
The midfielder certainly made the most of the opportunity to play regularly last season following the departure of Mousa Dembele to China along with the injury problems that Victor Wanyama and Eric Dier encountered.
Winks took part in pre-season training at Hotspur Way and was looking sharp with the ball at his feet as he went through a number of drills.

Following the signature of Tanguy Ndombele and the form which Moussa Sissoko showed last season, it will be interesting to see how Mauricio Pochettino looks to set up his midfield during the next campaign.
Winks offers great value as a player who gets his foot on the ball in midfield and looks to get dictate the tempo, while Sissoko was the workhorse.
