Video: Spurs star opens up on the first major injury of his career at age 30

Tottenham midfielder, Moussa Sissoko, has revealed in an interview with Spurs TV that it was not easy for him to be out of action with what was the first major injury of his career.

The midfielder has been out of action since January with a knee injury. Although he revealed that he regained his fitness back in March, he admitted that the extended break helped him to recover more fully.

The former Newcastle star also insisted that the team is now ready to make a big push in the final nine games of the season in order to try and qualify for the Champions League.

The 30-year-old admitted that the players realise they need to beat Manchester United in their first game back to give themselves the best chance of finishing in the top four.
