Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Moussa Sissoko, picked up an injury to his knee in the 1-0 loss to Southampton on New Years Day earlier this month.
It was then announced by Spurs that the player had undergone surgery on the injury after damaging the medial collateral ligament in his right knee.
They earmarked the start of April as a potential return to training date for the French midfielder.
Despite that update coming just one week ago, Sissoko has already been filmed at work on the treadmill, which was posted to his Instagram story.
Sissoko had been one of Tottenham’s better performers this season before suffering the injury with the highlight of his campaign certainly being the two goals he scored in successive home matches (transfermarkt).
The midfielder’s transformation over the past two seasons has been remarkable after experiencing a slow start to life in North London following his move from Newcastle United.
