There is plenty of hype surrounding 17-year-old Tottenham Hotspur academy product Troy Parrott.
The youngster went into last night’s Premier League 2 Under-23 fixture against Swansea City having scored a brace in successive matches and managed to once again find the back of the net on two occasions as Spurs picked up a vital three points.
The win means that Spurs move two points clear of the relegation zone.
Parrot’s first goal of the evening at the Liberty Stadium came when he curled home an excellent free-kick from 22 yards out, which was captured on camera by a supporter.
If he continues at this rate, he’ll soon be knocking on Mauricio Pochettino’s door.
